1.「你们要将一切的忧虑卸给神，因为祂顾念你们。」（彼前5:7）

For I know the thoughts that I think about you, declares Jehovah, thoughts of peace and not for evil, to give you a latter end and a hope.－Jeremiah29:11
4.「我要向山举目。我的帮助从何而来？我的帮助从造天地的耶和华而来。」（诗121:1-2）
I will lift up my eyes to the hills. From where will my help come? My help comes from Jehovah, Who made heaven and earth.－Psalms121:1-2
5.「就是少年人也要疲乏困倦，年轻人也必力竭跌倒；但那等候耶和华的必重新得力；他们必如鹰展翅上腾；他们奔跑却不困倦，行走却不疲乏。」（赛40:30-31）
Although youths will faint and become weary, And young men will collapse exhausted; Yet those who wait on Jehovah will renew their strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles; They will run and will not faint; They will walk and will not become weary.－Isaiah40:30-31
6.「你必将生命的道路指示我；在你面前有满足的喜乐；在你右手中有永远的福乐。」（诗16:11）
You will make known to me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand there are pleasures forever.－Psalms16:11
7.「不要受迷惑，神是嗤慢不得的，因为人种的是甚么，收的也是甚么。为着自己的肉体撒种的，必从肉体收败坏；为着那灵撒种的，必从那灵收永远的生命。」（加6:7-8）
Do not be deceived: God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap. For he who sows unto his own flesh will reap corruption of the flesh, but he who sows unto the Spirit will of the Spirit reap eternal life.－Galatians6:7-8

And now I commit you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you the inheritance among all those who have been sanctified.－Acts20:32

I know also how to be abased, and I know how to abound; in everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to hunger, both to abound and to lack. I am able to do all things in Him who empowers me.－Philippians4:12-13
10.「我虽然行过死荫的幽谷，也不怕遭害，因为你与我同在；你的杖，你的竿，都安慰我。在我敌人面前，你为我摆设筵席；你用油膏了我的头，使我的福杯满溢。」（诗23:4-5）
Even though I walk Through the valley of the shadow of death, I do not fear evil, For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, They comfort me. You spread a table before me In the presence of my adversaries; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.－Psalms23:4-5
11.「我将这些事对你们说了，是要叫你们在我里面有平安。在世上你们有苦难，但你们可以放心，我已经胜了世界。」（约16:33）
These things I have spoken to you that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have affliction, but take courage; I have overcome the world.－John16:33
12.「但愿那赐盼望的神，因信将一切喜乐平安充满你们，使你们靠圣灵的能力，充盈满溢的有盼望。」（罗15:13）
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope in the power of the Holy Spirit－Romans15:13
