1.「我将这些事对你们说了，是要叫你们在我里面有平安。在世上你们有苦难，但你们可以放心，我已经胜了世界。」（约16:33）

These things I have spoken to you that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have affliction, but take courage; I have overcome the world.

2.「那临到你们的试诱，无非是人所能受的；神是信实的，必不容你们受试诱过于所能受的，祂也必随着试诱开一条出路，叫你们能忍受得住。」（林前10:13）

No temptation has taken you except that which is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow that you be tempted beyond what you are able, but will, with the temptation, also make the way out, that you may be able to endure it.

3.「你们要将一切的忧虑卸给神，因为祂顾念你们。」（彼前5:7）

Casting all your anxiety on Him because it matters to Him concerning you.

4.「因我们并非有一位不能同情我们软弱的大祭司，祂乃是在各方面受过试诱，与我们一样，只是没有罪。所以我们只管坦然无惧的来到施恩的宝座前，为要受怜悯，得恩典，作应时的帮助。」（来4:15-16）

For we do not have a High Priest who cannot be touched with the feeling of our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all respects like us, yet without sin. Let us therefore come forward with boldness to the throne of grace that we may receive mercy and find grace for timely help.

5.「我们为你们所存的盼望是确定的，知道你们既是同受苦难，也必照样同受安慰。」（林后1:7）

And our hope for you is firm, knowing that as you are partakers of the sufferings, so also you are of the comfort.

6.「但那全般恩典的神，就是那曾在基督耶稣里召你们进入祂永远荣耀的，等你们暂受苦难之后，必要亲自成全你们，坚固你们，加强你们，给你们立定根基。」（彼前5:10）

But the God of all grace, He who has called you into His eternal glory in Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself perfect, establish, strengthen, and ground you.

7.「在那时期你们要欢腾，尽管目前在诸般的试炼中，或许必须暂时忧愁，叫你们信心所受的试验，比那经过火的试验仍会毁坏之金子的试验，更为宝贵，可以在耶稣基督显现的时候，显为可得称赞、荣耀和尊贵的；」（彼前1:6-7）

In which time you exult, though for a little while at present, if it must be, you have been made sorrowful by various trials, So that the proving of your faith, much more precious than of gold which perishes though it is proved by fire, may be found unto praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

8.「忍受试炼的人有福了，因为他既受试验得了称许，就必得着生命的冠冕，这是主应许给那些爱祂之人的。」（雅1:12）

Blessed is the man who endures trial, because when he has become approved by testing, he will receive the crown of life, which He promised to those who love Him.
